The plan: we go furthest west first — meet 8:30 AM right at the first (westernmost) home in Fulshear (77441), then work east through the Katy / Cinco Ranch cluster (77494 & 77450). All 12 homes are in ONE merged order with running arrival times: 7 MUST-SEE + 5 OPTIONAL (if time), each clearly marked. Not all 12 fit in a day — the times show where the day runs long so you can pick which to keep. Times assume ~15 min per home + drive time; the route map shows live drive times.
